Ok here is our party manifesto
HSR (The Croatian Workers' Party) bases its actions mostly on the codex and the statute - that is, the work plan must not go against
the rules mentioned here. All memebers must abide by the articles listed in the statute and the codex, and they do have the right to state
their opinion related to work and plans of the Party.
Codex:
All members of the HSR must abide by the code. It is a collection of rules and articles every member should know.
1. It is NEVER allowed to write in the name of the Party in your personal newspapers, unless it has been authorized by the president of the HSR. The
party can be promoted in that way, but claiming your own thoughts to be the official standing of the Party is disallowed.
2. Functions:
Vice President - He takes over president's work if he is unable to do so, or if he is granted a special permit
from the party president. He is to work the suggestions with the party president and take care of the party finances.
Secretary - Has the duty of informing the general public of the acts of the HSR. He writes of the party's thoughts of
recent events and actions and of their own plans and doings in the party's official papers. It is also his duty to organize
a party member meeting once a week.
Advisor - It is his duty to educate all the members of the HSR. Amongst his duties are also distributing willing party members
to certain branches and movements of the party and to promote the party.
Every person on one of these functions is a member of the Council of the HSR.
3. HSR has its own Org in eRepublik. One can donate money and material goods on it, to help finance
the party's work and helping the members in need of items and money. The current party president has
access to the account, as do certain Council members. The financial situation is to be discussed with
other Council members on the weekly meetings. The name of the Organization is Hrvatska Partija.
4. Each and every one of the HSR's congressmen is to stay on duty for the entire duration of his mandate.
If the duty is interrupted before time without an excellent reason, the member shall be sanctioned by the Council
by being kicked out of the party, and an amount of 5 Gold is to be be donated to the official eCroatian organization
that takes care of the wellfare of the workers by the member. If the latter is not abided, the HSR is to spread negative
comments on the candidate, and inform the community of his poor choice of actions. HSR is to formally announce their
unrelatedness to the situation.
5. All races and nationalities are to be respected. Otherwise a fine of 50 HRK is to be paid to the mobile organization
of Hrvatska Partija
6. The Codex can be expanded, but not modified. Each expansion requires a vote by the party members.
The vote is to take place on the weekly meeting and takes more than a half of the votes to be passed.
7. Every members is to participate in every weekly meeting, or inform the party of the reasons he is not available.
STATUTE:
I. General Directions
Article 1.
HSR is a party in eRepublik. Therefore it is to abide by the rules of the game.
Article 2.
HSR is a political party that works in the borders of eCroatia. It has its own crest.
Article 3.
HSR is a socialist party that works for the benefit of the common workers of eCroatia. Its political goals are reached in a peaceful way.
Article 4.
The rules and laws of the HSR can be changed via voting, where more than a half have to agree to change it.
Article 5.
In the purpose of advertising, the party has its own papers, which the secretary uses to publish the articles.
II. MODUS OPERANDI
Article 6.
All work of the party is done or discussed on the forum.
Article 7.
The HSR decides on its codex and articles by voting, where more than half have to vote for it to be accepted.
Article 8.
Any member of the party can suggested additions to the articles, changes to them,
or other additions to the rules of the party.
Article 9.
Every article has to have a number. Only the party president can change the names and the order of articles.
Article 10.
The party will, in time of need, create branches specialized for certain fields of work. A determined number of people will work in those branches. To create or join a branch, one must apply, and the suggestion must be voted on.
Article 11.
A member of the party can participate in the work of two branches at the most.
Article 12.
A member can resign work in any branch at any time. The member can be relieved of duty by taking a vote on it.
III. MEMBERSHIP
Article 13.
All members that agree with the work and the Statute of the HSR have the right to join the party.
Article 14.
Any member can suggest the banishment of any other member if he or she notices the member doing opposite to the manifesto.
Article 15.
A member is banished from the party by voting on it, where more than half have to agree on it for the decision to be verified.
Article 16.
A member can be dismissed from the party if he or she displays signs of inactivity for a longer period of time.
IV.PRESIDENTIAL FUNCTIO - Addition to the Statute
Article 17.
An elected president must offer an oath on the forum, concerning his intentions to do his duty.
Article 18.
An elected president has two days to make changes to the manifesto, once elected.
Article 19.
The elected president has 3 days (72h) to select the members of the Council in his current mandate.
Article 20.
A party president can serve two mandates in a row at most, after which he has to wait for another president to participate in at least
one mandate, before reapplying.
Article 21.
The party president must abide to the Statute and be an example to others. If he or she does not do so, s/he will be forced to abandon office.
INTERNATION RELATIONS:
HSR works for positive relations with all countries of the New World, and as such vouches for neutrality, but doesn't work agasint cooperation with Atlantis. The reason for it are the good relationships eCroatia is in with the current Atlantis members.
We oppose any kind of Takeover or wars, unless they are provoked by harsh taunts, verbal or otherwise. This doesn't only have to be based on international relations, but also ones within a country. Unless special conditions apply, HSR is against starting
a war, but not against fighting in one to defend oneself or allies, or to help allies, if their reasons are deemed right.
INNER ISSUES (+ECONOMICAL):
We think everyone has the right to work and be pleased with work. Therefore we suggest state ownership in two sectors: Food and Gift! Those are the most important sectors, as they are needed daily. Private owners shouldn't take advantage of the market situation, and all pays in the sector should be equal.
Current private owners would become managers paid exclusively by the state. The managers would have to give everyone their earned share, and a quantity of free gifts, raising the player productivity and the country's profit in such a way - the owners wouldn't feel so much of a change, and the workers would be better off! Of course, such a move would lower the prices of the products on the market.
The state would invest in the managers, who would pay themselves an average worker's paycheck, plus a small added bonus. By doing so, one might achieve a stable economy with only lesser changes in price and pay. (Et cetera, et cetera, nothing too important)
The party is against any toleration of discrimination on racial, gender, religious, national or any other basis. The party suggests individuals that display such behaviour are to be banned from any public work organized by individuals and the goverment, rather than the game, such as the Army, Ministries and so on.
THE ARMY:
The Army should be indirectly commanded by the state and president, and directly by a Military Council of the Army leaders - The Council would meet to discuss
various military or geographical problems, and various actions for which military knowledge or personel is neccessary.
The Council would be made of: The President, the leading people in the Ministry of Defense, the Military leaders, party representatives and the Minister of Health.
Any decisions would be brought in a democratic way, via a vote.
HEALTH:
Nothing of importance, just comments of support to the current system.
PARTY POLITICS:
The party is far-left, but doesn't wish to be connected with any previous or current RL far-left parties.eHSR considers eRepublik a game and approaches it as such
, with plans, ideas and rules that might, or might not, connect it to any RL party.All ideas and opinions are discussed on the weekly meeting! All members are invited
to all meetings and discussions, and may bring up any subject.
The meetings are weekly, and last from 30 to 120 minutes. All leftover topics are transfered on to the next meeting.
The former name of the HSR is Croatian Party (Hrvatska Partija).
The mobile account of the party is called Hrvatska Partija, and is used for all party finances.
