We finally got one up and running ;D

Any advice?

I was thinking about posting ratios for trade. Such as: "For friends and allies, a unit of Q5 food from our coops can be traded for (in Q1 equivalents):
-6 wood Q1
or
-4 Q1 gifts
or
-1 Q1 weapon"

If our different coops/communes post these kind of offers around here, we will greatly increase the diversity of our offers to all coop workers, and probably bring down some prices along the way too...

Our coop network in eSpain is working quite well and expanding all the time. We're not really a planned economy, because every worker is free to buy from the pool of discounted goods according to their interests. We do donate a lot, and it helps, but we do it on a strictly voluntary basis :-)

Yeah, that's how we operated aswell. The fee the workers earned in our planned economy was enough to amount up to 8-9 Q1 food, 1/4 Q1 house or 2-3 Q1 weapons.

Skiros does most of the work, suarotz helps (I don't know exactly how), I help with the international relations (looking for international barter, promoting coops outside, looking for inmigration in the general forum).
